New destination expands Flair’s winter sun network, with twice-weekly nonstop service from Montréal and up to twice weekly from Toronto
MONTRÉAL, QC — September 17, 2026 — Flair Airlines is adding Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic, to its network this winter, launching new nonstop service from both Montréal and Toronto to one of the Caribbean’s leading vacation destinations.
Beginning December 18, Flair will fly nonstop from Montréal (YUL) to Puerto Plata (POP) twice weekly, followed by service from Toronto (YYZ) beginning December 19, operating up to twice weekly. Puerto Plata is an entirely new destination for Flair, expanding its winter sun offering from both markets with air-only fares and Flair Vacations packages.

Puerto Plata, on the Dominican Republic’s north coast, is known for its beaches and resorts as well as its historic city, mountains and adventure experiences.

The new Puerto Plata service is part of Flair’s growing winter sun network. In Québec, Flair is adding winter capacity in Montréal to support expanded flying, including new nonstop service from Montréal to Puerto Vallarta (PVR) beginning December 16. Montréal will become Flair’s fifth Canadian origin, serving the popular Mexican Pacific destination.
