WestJet proudly accepts the 2025 APEX Four Star Major Airline award

This award is the only global award entirely based on neutral, third-party passenger feedback and insights.  

“What makes this award so important is that it is voted on by guests, as they are central to everything we do,” says Colleen Tynan, Vice President Experience Management. “We have been focused on improving guest service and receiving this award is confirmation WestJetters are delivering friendly and reliable travel for our guests.”

For the 2025 Awards, more than one million flights were rated by guests spanning 600 airlines from around the world using a five-star scale.
