Flair Strengthens Leadership to Accelerate Continued Profitable Growth
(Edmonton, August 20, 2024) – Flair Airlines, Canada’s most reliable and affordable airline, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sumanth Rao as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). After an extensive search and thorough due diligence, Flair is excited to welcome Sumanth to its leadership team.

Sumanth joins Flair after a 16-year career at Delta Air Lines, serving in a variety of senior finance roles. He was most recently the CFO of Delta Vacations since 2022, where his leadership was instrumental in driving consistent profitable growth. In his previous roles at Delta Air Lines, he has managed budgets exceeding $4B annually and led the airports team through a particularly challenging period during the Covid-19 pandemic.
