Flair Finishes 2025 on Top

Strong December results close out a year of industry-leading reliability

EDMONTON, AB – January 5, 2026 – Flair Airlines closed out 2025 with another strong month of operational performance, reinforcing its position as Canada’s most reliable airline both in December and across the full calendar year.

In December, Flair delivered a 99.4% completion factor and 62.4% A15 on-time performance, outperforming major Canadian carriers through peak holiday travel and winter conditions. Even with 39 percent of delays in December driven by air traffic control and weather, the airline reduced total delay minutes by 14% year over year, demonstrating resilience during peak operations.

That same consistency defined the year. In 2025 overall, Flair delivered the best on-time performance and completion factor in Canada, with a 99.0% completion factor and a 75.0% A15 on-time performance. On-time performance improved by seven points from 2024, 91.5% of flights beat our A60 guarantee, and total delay minutes decreased 37% despite an increase in air traffic control delays. Flair achieved a 99.0% completion factor in 2025, up from 98.5% in 2024, with cancellations down 30% year over year.

“For our customers, reliability means confidence,” said Flair CEO, Maciej Wilk. “It means knowing your flight will operate as planned, even during the busiest and most challenging times of the year. That’s the standard we’re committed to delivering every day, and the results from this past year speak for themselves.”
